Kelvin Beene is a Nationally Certified Training Instructor with 30 years of enforcement experience ranging from law enforcement, code enforcement, and protective services. Kelvin's passion is providing quality training for various organizations while interjecting an engaging, fun-filled learning environment.

Kelvin Beene's training corporation, Code Performance Consultants, has had the pleasure to train code officers, management personnel, and civic groups across the country. He currently is the Property Standards Manager for the City of Aurora Illinois and the President of the Illinois Association of Code Enforcement (IACE).  He also currently holds the office of Past-President of the American Association of Code Enforcement (AACE) as well as the former Past-President of the Code Enforcement Association of Texas (CEAT). Kelvin's sole purpose is to help enhance the skillsets of enforcement personnel.
