Greg is an experienced educator, trainer and professional presenter for government, public and private sector groups related to housing inspections, code enforcement processes and procedures and legal updates. Greg is an experienced specialist with a demonstrated history of working in the public safety industry for 22 years at the local, county and state levels.

Greg is a certified Property Maintenance and Housing Inspector through the American Association of Code Enforcement and the International Code Council.  

Training experiences include Academy Instructor for the City of Phoenix Park Ranger Academy, Field Training Officer/Supervisor for the Cities of Phoenix and Mesa Arizona.

Greg's speaking engagements include the Annual Institute for Building Officials (AIBO), ICC Region III Educational Institute, The Minnesota Multi Housing Association, Minnesota Association of Housing Code Officials (4-Years), City of West St. Paul, City of Austin MN, Florida Association of Code Enforcement (2 Years), American Association of Code Enforcement, Duluth One Roof Housing, Minnesota Environmental Health Association, California Association of Code Enforcement Officers, Educode (2020) and Ohio Code Enforcement Association.

Greg is Past Chair for the Annual Institute of MN Building Officials (Housing Track) and currently on the planning committee of the I.C.C. Region III Annual Institute housing/code enforcement tracks. Member at large 2016-2017 and Current President of the Minnesota Association of Housing Code Officials (MAHCO) 2018-2021.
